After the sad demise and indeed closure of the Big Mans Shop in Abington Avenue, Montys would like to draw your attention to our very own larger size department.

Over the fourthcoming weeks we will be rolling out more comfortable sizing for the fuller figure.

All of you chaps who are either tall or broad and of course strong bodied will be catered for in both formal and casualwear.

We stock suits up to 56″ chest in short, regular and long fittings but can obtain up to size 60″. Most of the larger sizes are mix and match so we can accommodate any combination of chest and waist measurement in a variety of 2 and 3 piece cloths.

Jackets and blazers are also available in stock up to 54″ in short, regular and long fittings with our suppliers carrying bigger sizes if required up to 60″.

Trousers both formal and casualwear are in stock up to 50″ waist but again are available in larger waist sizes. Inside legs in stock are up to 34″ but we can easily obtain36″/37″ inside legs if necessary.

Shirts both casual and formal are in stock up to 20″ collar and 4XL (XXXXL) and can be easily tried on to ensure a perfect fit and look.

We are currently buying for the Autumn/Winter season so will be paying attention to larger sizes to compliment our standard sizing. Please bear with us if we don’t have what you are looking for, we hopefully will later on in the year. Please let us know if there is anything you are looking for.

Please don’t forget that our tailoresses can do any tailoring on the premises to ensure a perfect fit or Sean can do more complicated alterations.
