Excess postage will be refunded from time to time if you have paid too much for a tracked and signed for delivery ?

Do I have to pay import charges?
Yes, any that are applicable in your country.
Can you leave the delivery at an agreed hiding place?
No. Our deliveries often require a signature or we can't guarantee specific delivery instructions will be passed on, so unfortunately we are unable to leave your parcel in a safe place.
Can someone else sign for my delivery?
Yes, anyone at the specified delivery address can sign for the goods.
